Monitoring and Recording of Communications
We may monitor or record any communication between you and Frontier Voice and Data for quality control and training purposes.
IP Telephony Services
Please note that IP telephony services may not work in the event of a power cut or broadband failure. Emergency calls may not be possible under such circumstances. With hosted IP services location information will be provided to the Emergency Authorities but will be limited if the user does not register or update location details as appropriate.
